As a Talent Acquisition working on our product team, you’ll be responsible for providing Innovative and scalable solutions that improve our hiring process, making it each time more and more aligned with our business strategy. Besides that, you’ll also be responsible for developing and conducting recruitment strategies with the Hiring Managers, and creating an impressive search and a great candidate experience.
Quais serão suas responsabilidades
- Responsible for helping define the hiring needs and keeping up with the projected growth, the team structure and the new talent tendencies in Brazil, USA and around the world.
- Be a partner of the leaders to establish plans, define strategies e providing solutions that redefine the way that we recruit the top talent
- Act as a client and candidate advocate during the hiring process, establishing regular communication and providing updates to both sides, resulting in the best experience for the candidate and the client.
- Keep up and analyse our process metrics to provide updates to our business leaders in a regular rhythm. You’ll need to focus on coming up with strategic plans to find candidates with different experiences for each position.
- Be responsible for the end to end recruitment process
- Find, captivate and turn passive candidates into active candidates by using sourcing methods.
- Conduct the offer process, dealing with the hiring managers and our compensation team.
- Learn about the different parts of the organization and be able to make decisions and prioritize the hiring teams
- Experience with end to end recruitment cycle in a corporate environment or product companies.
- Strong selling techniques
- Having a strong capacity of selecting candidates is essential
- Sharp Interviewing skills with the ability of selecting technical and cultural skills
- Being able to work with the organization and prioritizing, having as a base an holistic vision of the business needs and driving all the parts to communicate priorities and realistic schedules.
- Strong experience in recruitment systems and be proactive to find solutions
- Experience in improving the recruitment process
- Fluent English for interviewing and giving feedback

- Experience with Management tools such as Trello
- Knowledge of technology and programming languages
- Experience with tech recruitment.
